204 injector cleaner Maximum performance through effective cleaning
Achieve maximum engine performance with our innovative 204 injector cleaner. Our highly effective formula, specially developed for electronically and mechanically controlled injectors, ensures a clean injection system, promotes low-soot combustion and reduces particulate emissions.
As the heart of the engine, the injection nozzles must function precisely. Unfortunately, deposits such as soot, dirt and contaminants can affect their performance over time. Our innovative cleaning technology acts directly on the injectors, removing these deposits, boosting engine performance and optimizing efficiency.
Regular use of 204 Injector Cleaner not only ensures optimum performance, but also sustainably reduces fuel consumption and emissions and minimizes the risk of costly injector replacement.

Cleaning of the injection system

Application:
The cleaning process is carried out via the tank or by filling the filter.
Start the engine and let it run at various engine speeds until the diesel injection cleaner has been used up (max. 2000 rpm). One can of 500 ml is sufficient for an engine capacity of up to 3 liters.
Cleaning process via the tank:
The optimum tank volume for cleaning is approx. 10 liters.
Pour the entire contents of the can into the tank.
Carry out a test drive (if possible 30 km by car).
Clean via the filter housing:
Always replace the filter.
Fill the filter housing completely with diesel injection cleaner and bleed.
Cleaning run approx. 10 min. at different engine speeds up to max. 2000 rpm.
