During the ordering process you can select the payment methods available for your current order. The payment methods depend on the products ordered, the credit check, the pick-up or delivery method selected, the order time and the delivery address.

Payment can be made with VISA and MasterCard credit cards.

PayPal

We currently do not support PayPal.

PostFinance Card & e-finance

Your order can be paid for with the PostFinance Card or Swiss Post e-banking.

TWINT

Pay for your order conveniently with the TWINT app.

Payment in advance

You pay for your order in advance. After receipt of payment, your order will be dispatched.

International shipping

We only deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Depending on the product, we can of course also deliver to the EU, ask us at info@parts-center.ch.

Transport damage

Please check the package carefully upon receipt and report any damage to us immediately.

Pickup

Unfortunately, our logistics center only offers limited pick-up options, which is why we cannot offer this service.

Ordered by 12:00 today, delivered tomorrow

The following applies to all products that are in stock in our own central warehouse: All orders received by 12 noon Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same day and usually arrive at the delivery address on the next working day.

Returns and Returns of Goods

Did you order the wrong item? Products ordered from us can be returned up to 14 days after receipt of the goods.

In principle, there is no statutory right of return in Switzerland. As a rule, therefore, buyers cannot withdraw from a normal sales contract. However, we grant you a voluntary right of return within the framework of the "SAAM Swiss Online Guarantee". Parts Center grants you a period of 14 days from the invoice date. Please note the justified exceptions.
